This services begins with a Consultation ($1,500) to discuss your needs and pain points. Following that meeting, we put together a custom proposal for design fees to execute on your scope of work.

Once paperwork is signed off, we schedule the design works into our calendar. Design is anywhere from a 8-16 week process depending on the scale of the project and our availability.

– A comprehensive 2-hour onsite consultation with Sarah (and Tim for Design & Build projects);
– A deep dive into the current functionality of the space and desired improvements or review of existing plans/drawings;
– A walk through our process to outline how our projects run;
– Full proposal outlining scope of work & detailed notes recapping recommendations;
– Follow up meeting to review the proposal and discuss the next steps.

-2 hours in-home consultation with Sarah;

-Ask as many questions as you need to get your design decisions made - our time together is yours to use however is most helpful to you;

-An action-plan with notes and suggestions allowing you to move forward confidently on your own.

— Prepare your material. Show me what you need. Put together a presentation document (e.g. Word or Powerpoint doc - doesn't need to be fancy) to show me photos of your existing space, inspiration images or links. We can talk through these together and share screens. You can show me your space on the video call or simply ask questions and take notes - it's totally up to you!

— Show up and bring the vibes! This call is such a fun way to connect so bring your list of questions and your positives vibes - we'll have a blast together!

Most people are surprised with how much we can get through. Though it’s largely affected by how organised you can be with preparation. Rest assured, Sarah will cover off as much as possible in the time available.

All consultation times are displayed in your local time zone, so even if Sarah lives in a different state, or even country to you, the times are always shown in the timezone you are visiting the site from.

She does! Sarah from time to time has the capacity to offer Saturday consultations as a way to be able to better service those clients where mid week is not suitable.
